Sec. Zinke on the record: No mines at Yellowstone's gateway

Guess who went on the record -- again -- opposing mining projects at Yellowstone's gateway?

New Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, who was visiting Yellowstone National Park last weekend. Here's his Facebook post from the visit:

While Saturday's Facebook post marked the first time Ryan Zinke went on record against the Yellowstone gateway mines as interior secretary, it's not the first stance he's taken on these risky projects. Last summer, then-Rep. Zinke (R-MT) stood with local Montana business owners who oppose these proposed mines at Yellowstone's border.

Thank you, Sec. Zinke, for continuing to stand with local Montana business owners who want to protect their livelihoods and their way of life. Thank you for agreeing: Yellowstone is more valuable than gold!
