Summer Outings: Exploring Fen Habitats on the Shoshone

Exploring fen habitats on the Shoshone|  Cody, Wyoming
Join us as we drive, hike and learn about the unique characteristics of Fen Habitats: amphibians, groundwater, plants, soils, and more.  Forest employees, Shawn Anderson, Karri Cary, and Kassy Skeen will guide the walking journey of discovery. We will meet in Cody in the east side of the Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center parking lot to organize the excursion carpool. Pack a lunch, bear spray, and bring plenty of water. Rubber boots are recommended as the sites we visit will be wet.
