Caroline leads the Greater Yellowstone Coalition, guiding the organization in strategic conservation planning, fundraising, transparency, and implementation of best practices. Throughout her career, Caroline has worked at a national and regional level, building partnerships, collaborating with community leaders, and deploying long-term conservation solutions. She enjoys the outdoors and has several accolades to her name, including being the first woman to climb the Northwest Buttress of Denali.
Scott manages the entire conservation team, helping guide and provide solutions for success across the ecosystem. His experience includes efforts to protect some of the region’s most important private lands, restore degraded rivers and streams, and recover the imperiled cutthroat trout population at Yellowstone Lake. Scott is a long time whitewater enthusiast, climber, and fishing bum.
Kristina is the Greater Yellowstone Coalition's Director of Development, in charge of securing all public and private funding to support the organization’s conservation efforts. Her experience includes over fifteen years of nonprofit development experience, including working on large scale, regional conservation initiatives in California and Oregon. Kristina grew up in Bozeman and is thrilled to be back home to revisit the rivers and mountains that she loves with her parents, husband and children.
