TIM TRIPP
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Tim leads the Greater Yellowstone Coalition’s finance department and oversees fiscal operations. He joined GYC in April 2024 and works to ensure the financial systems and oversight are in place to support GYC’s staff, board, and mission.
Tim is an accountant by training whose career began at a large public accounting firm in Boston followed by a shift to teaching outdoor education in Wyoming. Since moving to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in 1994, Tim has been able to combine his love for the outdoors and accounting skills in a career committed to growing outdoor brands in finance, operations, and administration.
Tim loves to read, hike, ski, and search for swimming holes and spend time with his family. He lives in Bozeman with his wife and dog and they have two children.
