ANNUAL FUND AND DATA Management associate

Greater Yellowstone Coalition seeks a highly motivated, organized, and experienced individual to lead our annual fund program. This position plans and implements fundraising tactics outlined in our strategic plan to acquire new donors and upgrade existing ones to a higher level of giving. The ideal candidate will focus on analytics, improving net revenue, and growing the average gift size of renewing donors. The primary function of this position includes acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship of donors, including database management, reporting, prospecting, gift recording, data integrity, and data security. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned development professional who understands development tactics, executes fundraising strategies, and is detail and goal-oriented. He/she will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
